Child Safety Standards

A2Z List · app package com.praisearray.a2zlistapp · Effective 13 September 2026

A2Z List is a local marketplace where adults buy, sell and give away items. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how to report a concern, what we do when we receive one, and who is responsible. It is published to meet the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and applies to every part of the A2Z List service.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

In India: Police 112 · CHILDLINE 1098 · Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 · cybercrime.gov.in

To report content on A2Z List, use the Report action on the listing, or email admin@praisearray.org with the subject Child safety report.

1. What is prohibited

A2Z List has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. The following are prohibited everywhere on the service — in listings, giveaways, requirements, photos, videos, questions, answers, profile details and any message sent through the platform:

Attempting any of the above is a violation even if no minor was actually involved, and even if the content is framed as a joke, art, fiction or satire.

2. Who can use A2Z List

A2Z List is for adults. Under our Terms you must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly allow minors to register, and we remove accounts that we determine belong to a person under 18. Google Play's target audience for the app is declared as 18 and over.

The app contains no private chat or direct messaging. Contact between a buyer and a seller happens outside the app once a seller chooses to share their number, and every point where a phone number is shown offers a way to report and block the other person.

3. How to report a concern

There are two ways to reach us, and both go to the same team.

  1. In the app. Open the listing or giveaway, tap the report action (the flag in the header, or the ⋯ menu on a card), choose the reason that fits best and tell us what you saw. Reports about people you have interacted with can be made from the ⋯ menu next to their name. You can block the person in the same step.
  2. By email. Write to admin@praisearray.org with the subject Child safety report. Include the listing title or a screenshot. You do not need an account to email us.

Please do not download, forward or re-share suspected CSAM, even to us — possessing or distributing it is an offence in most jurisdictions. Report where you saw it and leave the rest to us and to law enforcement.

Reports can be made anonymously by email. We do not tell the reported person who reported them.

4. What happens when we receive a report

StepWhat we do
Triage Every report is read by a person. Reports that mention a child are moved to the front of the queue and reviewed within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
Removal Content that violates section 1 is taken down immediately on review. Where the report is credible but not yet confirmed, the content is hidden while we investigate.
Account action The account responsible is permanently terminated. We also review that person's other listings and any accounts linked by phone number.
Preservation We preserve the content and the associated account records securely, with access restricted to the designated contact, so that they are available to law enforcement. Preserved material is not viewed beyond what is needed to confirm the violation.
Reporting to authorities Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities — see section 5. We cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement in any jurisdiction.
Follow-up If you reported by email we confirm receipt and, where we can, tell you the outcome. We do not share details that could compromise an investigation.

5. Compliance with the law and reporting to authorities

A2Z List is operated by PRAISEARRAY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India. We comply with all child safety laws that apply to us, in particular:

When we identify CSAM we report it to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and, where the content or the people involved fall within its remit, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. We may also report directly to local police. Reporting is not conditional on a user complaint — content we find through our own review is handled the same way.

6. How we reduce the risk in the first place

7. Designated child safety contact

The person below is responsible for these standards, is authorised to act on them, and can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance on behalf of the company.

Law enforcement and child protection agencies may use the same address. Requests marked Law enforcement in the subject line are prioritised.

8. Changes to this page

We review these standards at least once a year and whenever the law or the app changes in a way that affects them. The effective date at the top of the page is updated on every change. The Google Play declaration for A2Z List points to this URL, so it will not be moved.
