This policy explains what A2Z List (“we”, “the app”) collects, why we collect it,
who we share it with, and how you can delete it. It applies to the A2Z List Android application
(package com.praisearray.a2zlistapp) and the services behind it.

We do not collect: your contacts, SMS messages, call logs, browsing history, health data, or financial account details. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Location is accessed only while you are actively using the app — we never track your location in the background. It is used for two things: sorting and filtering listings by distance from you, and recording where a listed item is located. Denying the location permission does not prevent you from using A2Z List; you can browse and post by choosing a location manually.
We share the minimum necessary data with service providers that operate parts of the app:

Information you choose to publish — your display name and the content, photos and location of a listing — is visible to other users of the app. Please do not put anything in a listing that you would not want to be public.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to investigate fraud, abuse or threats to the safety of our users.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, login identity and associated records are removed from our systems (see section 5). Backup copies are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record of a transaction where the law requires us to.
In the app: open Profile and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm; deletion is immediate and permanent.
Without the app: visit our account deletion page or email admin@praisearray.org from the address registered to your account. We action such requests within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your profile, name, email address, phone number, saved location, uploaded photos and videos, listings, bids, giveaway applications and requirements. It cannot be undone.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on access-controlled AWS infrastructure. Sign-in uses short-lived tokens rather than stored passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
A2Z List is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
You can access and correct your personal information at any time from the Edit Profile screen, and delete all of it as described in section 5. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your data or to object to certain processing — email admin@praisearray.org and we will respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
