Delete your A2Z List account

You can permanently delete your A2Z List account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (immediate)

  1. Open the A2Z List app and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by tapping Delete Permanently.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are returned to the sign-in screen.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address registered to your account:

Subject: Account deletion request
Include: the email address or phone number registered to your A2Z List account.

Email a deletion request

We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again later, you start with a fresh, empty account.

In rare cases we may need to keep a minimal record of a completed transaction where law requires it. Everything else is removed.
